The petitioner seeks bail in Meenapur P.S. Case No. 40/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant (mother of the victim) made allegation that the petitioner enticed her daughter but the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that on being chided by her mother she went to the house of the aunt (Father's sister). Victim denied to have been kidnapped.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No40/2015.
