2. This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 vide order dated 05.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 71625 of 2019 in connection with Bhojpur Complaint Case No. 890(c) of 2016.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 02 that the entire arrear amount has been paid to the petitioner and the arrears of the last three months is pending.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also support the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the opposite

5. In view of the above, when the arrears have already been paid, this application is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no. 02 to pay the arrears of the last three months at the earliest to the petitioner.

6. It is also directed to the District Education Officer, Rohtas (employer of the opposite party no. 02) that he will make an arrangement for deduction of Rs. 8,000/- per month from the account of the opposite party no. 02 and for depositing the same in the account of the petitioner and the details of the bank account of the petitioner are mentioned below:- Bank Account Holder Name- Neelam Pal Bank Account No. - 1494000100588167 IFSC Code - PUNB0149400 Branch Name- Punjab National Bank, Station Road, Ara.

7. It is made clear that the deduction of Rs. 8,000/- from the account of opposite party no. 02 will start from the month of July, 2025.
