2. The petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2014 in connection with alleged offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120 B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No.59 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion nor there is any eye-witness nor there is any material to connect him with the alleged occurrence.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) U T B.T/-
