JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is specific allegation of gang rape against the petitioner and the informant has repeated allegation in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Although learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the medical report of informant does not support the allegation but I am not at all convinced with the aforesaid submission.

. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with
