The petitioners are in jail in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 170 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been made accused in this case on the ground of suspicion. At the relevant time there was heavy rush in the temple and in the temple the petitioners were also in the queue for offering their Puja.

Case No. 170 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioners, the petitioners will extend full cooperation in conclusion of trial and will not tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses.
