The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under section 395, 412 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation. From possession of the petitioner Rs.29,000/- is said to have been recovered.
It is submitted that the aforesaid money is not looted money. Similarly situated co-accused Saddam Hussain from whose possession also money was recovered has already been granted bail by order dated 26.05.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20849 of 2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Neither the petitioner nor the looted money was put

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.
