On last date also, there was non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Sri Harish Kumar, learned GP-8 submits that the petitioner has sought direction to grant second time bound promotion, whereas in the counter affidavit, which was filed on 30th November,2010 on behalf of Respondent nos.1 to 3, in paragraph 7 a specific statement has been made that the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed and he has already been granted second time bound promotion vide Notification no.4443 dated 20.11.2009 with effect from 02.04.1991.

Be that as it may, since repeatedly none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution. NKS/- (Rakesh Kumar, J) U
