JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in quashing the order dated 24.08.2021 passed by Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya in Anganwadi Appeal No.130/201.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents authority to appoint/reinstate her on the post of
Patna High Court CWJC No.19553 of 2021(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 Anganbari Sevika following the guidelines of 2006 issued for selection of Sevika/Sahayika." 2.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
