ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail of Opposite party No. 2 in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 328 and 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the Petitioner on merits seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-4, Darbhanga, in Sessions Trial No. 320 of 2014 and there is no material to suggest that he had ever misused the privilege of bail, I find no merit in the application.

Hence, the application stands rejected.
