Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act, Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

According to the prosecution case, from the possession of this petitioner two hand grenades and seven pieces of live cartridges were recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. The case diary also reveals vide paragraph 33 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the period already undergone, let

No.42813 of 2016 (4) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Bhojpur at Ara/successor Court in connection with S. Tr. No. 241 of 2016 arising out of Udwantnagar Police Station Case No. 121 of 2016.
