====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. Earlier petitioner was granted provisional bail by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2020 with following conditions:- "Within a period of two weeks from the date of release, petitioner will go to the parental house of opposite party and bring her to his house. Thereafter they would physically appear before the Court below and file a joint petition to this effect within the said period.

If the petitioner fulfils the condition, the instant provisional bail would be confirmed,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60730 of 2024(3) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 otherwise appropriate order would be passed by the Court below."

3. From perusal of the impugned order dated 22.07.2024, it appears that despite direction of this Court, petitioner never appeared for three years, and after being declared absconder, he could be brought within the ambit of justice only after being arrested by the police on 14.06.2024.

4. Considering the accusation and conduct of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
