The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Supaul P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Police raided the shop of Md. Sakir situated in the building of the petitioner and recovered different articles. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but during the course of investigation petitioner is made accused only because he happens to be the owner of the building in which Md. Sakir is running a shop.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40893 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
