One mobile set of Samsung Galaxy Company, one golden Hanumani locket and one lady wrist watch are said to have been recovered from house of petitioner No. 1 and on query, petitioner No. 1 disclosed that he had purchased the mobile set from petitioner No. 2.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that at the time of recovery, the I.O. has given only IEMI No. of the seized mobile, whereas; first information report does not contain any IEMI No. Moreover, the seized articles have never been put on TIP and similarly, petitioners have also not been put on TIP.

No.29594 of 2015 (3) dt.14-10-2015 Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as this aspect of the mater that petitioners does not have any criminal antecedent, let petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi.
