The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 261 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is the case of the informant is that the petitioner herein was brought to his shop and the informant was persuaded to keep the petitioner at his shop as an employee. Thereafter, the informant is said to have handed over the entire management of the shop to the petitioner, however, the petitioner had fled away after taking huge sums of money and other valuable articles. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and it is highly improbable that somebody would entrust the entire shop to an unknown person in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45683 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 any case. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from the petitioner or from his house.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail immediately upon completion of three months from the date of his custody.

Accordingly, the learned trial court is directed to enlarge the above named petitioner on regular bail just upon completion of three months of his custody i.e. from 27.07.2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 261 of 2016.
