2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 325, 354A, 354B, 452, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The victim Vikash Bind sustained four injuries out of which three have been found to be simple in nature. The injury no. 3 has been found on right little finger about which no opinion has been given. Similarly the victim Seema Kumari has sustained simple injuries.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 29.06.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2024.
