The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 357/480 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case was lodged against unknown for theft of she-buffalos. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt but except the confession before the police, the police did not collect any tangible evidence against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
