ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the informant. Learned counsel for the State is also present.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2017 in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.263 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner clarifying the criminal antecedents of the petitioner. He fairly submitted that apart from this case, the petitioner is accused in another case, in which he has been granted bail.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Town P.S.
