Six petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 427, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the case, save and except accusation against one of the accused namely Parsuram Mandal, there is no accusation against either of the persons (petitioners). Only allegation against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54029 of 2018(2) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 petitioners is that they were member of the mob. Fact remains that a lady Principal was assaulted by accused persons with knife and as such, there is no reason to entertain the anticipatory bail petition.

The petition stands dismissed.
