The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 186, 307, 504, 506, 427 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/4 of Explosive Act, Section 3 /4 of Public Property Damage Act, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 67 of the I.T.Act, registered in connection with Aurangabad P.S.Case No. 487 of 2019.

As per prosecution case, on 21.12.2019 there was a strike call given by a political party when the FIR named accused persons, including 100-150 angry mob, forcibly set

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation is general and omnibus against the violent mob. On similar footing, some accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc. Nos. 20739 of 2020 and 26573 of 2020.

Considering the above facts and circumstances as well as maintaining parity, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.Case No. 487 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
