2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 256 of 2025 registered for the offences under Sections 127(6), 143(3), 144(2), 64 & 61(2) of the B.N.S and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

3. On a secret information that sex racket is being carried in a Hotel, raid was conducted in different hotels and this petitioner and others, who were found in suspicious condition, were arrested on spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated persons have already been granted bail by this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2025 and has got clean antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 256 of 2025.
