Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 197 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B), 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 09.11.2015 but the petitioner filed this petition for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that husband has already been acquitted. The petitioner has been absconding in spite of rejection of this anticipatory bail about a year ago.

I do not find any fresh ground to consider the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner and, accordingly, the same is rejected.
