The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act.

The police raided the house of Chitan Kumar and apprehended five persons including the petitioner. From the possession of the petitioner, three live cartridges and a mobile were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 25.03.2015 i.e. the petitioner has already remained in jail for four months for recovery of only cartridges.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
