The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 328 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that all the accused persons killed the victim due to non-fulfillment of the demand of Rs. 25,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim has died on account of diarrhea and in as much as the petitioner is Devar of the deceased. Learend counsel for the petitioner further submits that the victim has been living with her husband separately from his family members.

No.58949 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S.
