2. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2014 in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 198 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 419, 420, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the mere confessional statement of co-accused in course of investigation. In any event the petitioner offers to deposit an amount of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) before the learned Court below.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Alok Ranjan @ Master

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39094 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 @ Masterwa be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chaapra, in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 198 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 30,000/- before the learned Court below and such deposit shall remain subject to the result of the case.
