Petitioner happens to be younger brother-in-law of the informant and it is alleged that petitioner committed rape on informant in the year, 2012.

Admittedly, the present case was lodged in the year, 2014 i.e. after two years of the alleged story of rape. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sabour P.S.
