JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 01.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.
From the possession of the petitioner, six sachets of Ganja were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that seizure list does not reflect the weight of the seized Ganja when during investigation, it has come that weight of Ganja was found to be 13 grams which is far below to the commercial quantity. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, East
