JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name surfaced in this case in confessional statement of coaccused Rahul Kumar from whose conscious possession the stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered. Moreover, co-accused Rahul Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail and petitioner without having any criminal antecedent is languishing in jail custody since 25.07.2016.

Accordingly, let above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar
