2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. The marriage of the victim was fixed with the petitioner but the mother of the petitioner was not ready to solemnize the marriage as the petitioner was not a person of fair complexion. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons have kidnapped the informant's daughter for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R shows itself that the marriage of the informant's daughter was to be solemnized with the petitioner but she was not ready. As a matter of fact, the alleged victim went with the petitioner herself but thereafter in pressure of her mother, she supported the prosecution story in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner is under custody since 08.05.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedents of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, VII cum Special Judge (POCSO), Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
