ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S.Case No. 138 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 452, 354(B), 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant and the petitioners are close relatives. Petitioner no.1 is the Bhabhi of the informant.
It is alleged that the petitioners participated in earlier act of attacking the complainant .
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is land dispute and that being the close family members may be

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within two weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in Nathnagar ( Madhusudanur ) P.S.Case No. 138/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
