The petitioners seek bail in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 504, 308 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that earlier the prayer for bail of these petitioners had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29695 of 2019 with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is further submitted that the charges in this case have been framed on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56054 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 23.07.2019 and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 08.01.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Birupur P.S.
