2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 427, 385, 387, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners no.1, 2, 5 and 6 are persons
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54834 of 2025(2) dt.03-09-2025 2/3 with clean antecedent and petitioners no.3 and 4 have antecedent of one case, further petitioners no.1 and 6 are women. It is next submitted that the informant alleges that 13 accused persons including the petitioners came and objected the construction of the house being made by the informant, on the ground that the land belong to them, on protest, Anuj assaulted the informant by Lathi, Danda and brick, while Phulwa Devi and Lalmuni Devi dashed her on the ground, further Chhotu tore her Sari. It is next submitted that when her husband came to save her, all the accused persons assaulted him with bricks while Ranjay took Rs.40,000/- from his pocket and Sanni took five packets of cement. It is also submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated by the informant.
It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation, as alleged in the FIR, on account of dispute relating to land the occurrence took place. It is further submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners and entire family members have been implicated. It is next submitted that petitioners will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove their innocence.

No.54834 of 2025(2) dt.03-09-2025 3/3 counsel for the petitioners, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 951/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
