JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In the present case, petitioners have raised a grievance that they were appointed on daily wages and their services have been dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed reliance on the circular which stipulates that if persons have completed 240 days before 11.12.1990, would be regularized in service. Counter affidavit has been filed by the State in which it has been stated that petitioners have not completed 240 days

Patna High Court CWJC No.19099 of 2008 (7) dt.09-01-2018 before 11.12.1990. In reply, petitioners have brought the document thereby asserting that they have completed 240 days before due dated.

In such view of the matter, the concerned authority is directed to consider the cases of the petitioners along with others in the light of the circular of the Government for regularization. All processes must be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
