The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 406, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that two A.T.M. cards are recovered from the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody 25.05.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Two A.T.M. cards are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Same is suspected to be stolen A.T.M. cards. Except for suspicion, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st class, Udakishunganj at Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. case No.169 of 2019.
