JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In t his case petitioner was granted provisional bail and notice was issued to the O.P.No.2 but she preferred to remain absent even after proper service of notice on her. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been paying Rs.3,000/- per month to the O.PNo.2 in view of direction given in maintenance case.

In such view of the matter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 4th March 2015 is hereby confirmed.
