Case No. 65 of 2013 (G.R. No. 457 of 2013) is, hereby, set aside. Also, in the interest of justice, the further proceeding of Bhagalpur (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur is, hereby, set aside.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39362 of 2014 dt.17-09-2015 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application filed on behalf of the spouses under Section 13(B) of Hindu Marriage Act in connection with Divorce Case No. 254 of 2015.
The Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
