2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is alleged that the petitioner has killed the daughter of the informant and disposed of her dead body without giving information. It is further alleged that the petitioner and his family members were demanding Rs.1 lakh cash and a vehicle and due to nonfulfillment of the dowry his daughter has been killed by the accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits

No.54702 of 2025(3) dt.16-10-2025 2/3 that the petitioner is unfortunate husband of the deceased and the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with the petitioner in the year 2014. He further submits that the informant's daughter died due to snake bite and the co-accused Nitish Kumar Dangi himself informed the informant about the death of his daughter which is evident from Annexure-P/2 and he next submits that firstly, the informant lodged the case against the petitioner at Gaya (Dhangai) but due to ulterior motive he again lodged a FIR at Jharkhand (Hazaribagh) against twelve accused persons as the incident took place at Hazaribagh. He next submits that he has been granted bail in connection with Hazaribag Muffasil P.S. Case No.22 of 2024 by the Hon'ble Jharkhand High Court vide B.A. No.730 of 2025 and the same is annexed in the records as Annexure-P/3. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2024 and he has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54702 of 2025(3) dt.16-10-2025 3/3 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No.07 of 2024.
