JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 By order, dated 07.07.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29698 of 2017, Tigar Nat @ Tigan Nat was allowed bail by this Court in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014. By this application, the petitioner has prayed for permission for necessary correction in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 29698 of 2017 in the father's name as well as relating to Police Station of the address of the petitioner. Submission is that the petitioner is son of Jural Nat whereas it has wrongly been typed as Jamun Nat. Similarly, he is resident of Krishna Brahm Police Station which has wrongly been typed as Krishnagarh Police Station. The aforesaid error is typographical one.

Prayer is allowed.
