====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 414 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
