JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the order of this court dated 10.01.2014 has been complied with, there has been delay in passing the order inasmuch as the opposite parties were directed to dispose of the representation within three months from the date of the order whereas the order has been passed nearly after a year of passing of the order. He submits that this court's order has, thus, been breached.
A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties wherein they have tendered unqualified apology. Keeping in view the subsequent conduct of the opposite parties, the apology tendered by them is accepted.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 06.01.2015, passed in compliance of this court's order, is illegal.
Patna High Court MJC No.3676 of 2014 (3) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 The petitioner shall have the liberty to challenge the said order before appropriate forum in appropriate proceeding. This application is disposed of with the observation, as above.
