ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2016 in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has been taken into custody but till date no T.I. Parade has been conducted and also there has been no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is also having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43804 of 2016 (3) dt.25-11-2016 circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni (Begusarai) in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016.
