Petitioner happens to be younger brother-in-law of the deceased whose marriage had taken place in the year 2008 and according to the prosecution case itself, she died in the year 2015 in other than normal circumstance.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Lakhaura Mufassil P.S.
