10-09-2018 Heard Sri Birendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of State, however; it was informed by Sri R.B.Roy Raman, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor that this brief has been allotted to Dr. Indiwar Kumari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, but due to ailment, she has not come Court today.
The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Roh P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 325, 427, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a trivial dispute, the petitioner has been made accused. Be that as it may, on perusal of the F.I.R. itself, I am of the opinion that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail.
