The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Govindpur P.S. Case No.60 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant intercepted a motorcycle and apprehended two persons namely, Tinku Kumar and Ranjan Singh. 150 pouches of 200 ml. of liquor was recovered from the bag kept in the motorcycle. Petitioner is the owner of the motorcycle and it was petitioner who handed over the motorcycle to the accused persons for carrying liquor. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the motorcycle of the petitioner was stolen away in the year 2016 but no F.I.R. was produced for theft of the motorcycle of the

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
