2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, directions for commanding the respondents for making payment of compensation amount of 33 decimal land of the petitioner which was taken/acquired by the respondent authorities in Land Acquisition Case No. 40/1989-90 for

Patna High Court CWJC No. 13728 of 2025(2) dt.28-08-2025 2/2 construction of Gogri-Narayanpur Tatbandh (Embankment)."

3. The claim of the petitioner is that though necessary ground work has been done, the respondent no. 6, the Land Acquisition Officer, Khagaria has not moved further.

4. Learned State counsel submits that the matter shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Khagaria (respondent no. 6) in four weeks alongwith the order of this Court who shall be taking up the matter and has to dispose it of after hearing the parties preferably by 31st March, 2024.
