The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 343, 506, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that she was married to Brajesh Kumar on 30.01.2020 and after marriage accused persons started demanding a Verna

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is the younger brother of the husband of the informant, it is next submitted that the husband of the informant has also moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 69862 of 2021 in which the Court vide order dated 16.06.2022 has already issued notice to the husband and has directed that no coercive step in the meantime shall be taken against him. Learned counsel submits that the dispute is primarily between husband and wife and the family members of the husband have been unnecessarily roped with false allegation. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each
