Learned counsel for the Bihar State Electricity Board, now the Bihar State Power (Holding ) Company Limited submits that pursuant to the direction of this Court by order dated 24.07.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12879 of 2012 the matter has been re-considered and by order dated 17.05.2013 (Annexure-A to the show cause) the direction for recovery has been quashed and the amount of Rs.69,751/- has been directed to be refunded to the petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.2743 of 2013 (2) dt.21-04-2016 In the aforesaid circumstance, the order under contempt has been complied with. This contempt application is dismissed.
