2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and also under Sections 27 and 25(9) of the Arms Act 1959.

3. As per allegation, on 08.03.2024, the informant had gone to attend a marriage function where an unknown person opened celebratory fire which hit at the left arm of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the F.I.R. shows itself that an unknown person has fired at barat

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59091 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 party which hit the hand of the informant. The petitioner's confessional statement was recorded in another case and he has been remanded in the present case after three months. He is under custody since 05.06.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
