None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Masrakh P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise, Act,2016 has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having clean antecedent. He further submits that as per F.I.R. itself, petitioner's name has come on the disclosure made by arrested accused persons. He further submits that save and except the confessional statement of the co-accused persons, there is no other plausible material to

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as fact that petitioner's name has come in the confession of the co-accused, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner, namely, Tunna Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two surities of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th A.D.J, Saran at Chapra in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
