The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 417 of 2013, registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act with regard to theft of electricity.
It is alleged that there is specific allegation of theft of electric by taping the electric line by which causing loss of Rs. 1,59,000/- and odd to the Electricity Board.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to pay the half of loss amount. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41365 of 2014 (2) dt.22-04-2015 Dalsingsarai, in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S Case No. 417 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. Further condition that on the date of submission of bail bond, the petitioner will deposit Rs. 40,000/- (Forty thousand) and again deposit Rs. 40,000/- (Forty thousand) within four months. Further condition that on submission of second installment of Rs.40,000/- bail bond of the petitioner shall accepted. m.p.
