At the very outset, it is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for BISCOMAUN that in the light of order of this Court the arrear of salary has already been calculated and a cheque bearing Cheque no.130946 of Rs.4,55,523/- dated 13.03.2015 has been issued in favour of the petitioner. The above stated cheque is received by learned counsel for the petitioner Md. Abu Haidar.

In view of the aforesaid submission the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.

However, it is made clear that if, the petitioner feels that her grievance has not been redressed by the opposite parties she may take appropriate steps for redressal of her remaining
